Faksas

Faksas is a bar and night club in Klaipėda's Old Town on Žvejų Street, set inside the district's only high-rise beside the Danė River. The interior is built around rock music: guitars and photographs of rock bands hang on the walls and ceiling, and the seating is upholstered in denim. A bar island stands at the centre of the room with bartenders working around it. The drinks run to several kinds of beer and cocktails, alongside pub food such as sandwiches and baskets of toasted bread. Live music and DJ sets fill the programme, parties are held regularly, and weekends run late into the morning. In warm weather a riverside terrace opens. It suits younger crowds and anyone after a night out.
