Kaminas rūko

Kaminas rūko is a small Italian style pizzeria on Naikupės street in Klaipėda, in the district of the former fishing port. Pizzas are baked in a domed wood fired oven, where high heat sets the dough in a matter of seconds. The menu covers red, tomato based pizzas and white ones on a cream and white wine sauce: from a classic Margherita and pepperoni to combinations with mortadella, prosciutto, chicken, nduja, goat cheese, mushrooms, or pear with blue cheese. Vegetarian and seasonal options are offered alongside soft drinks, coffee and tea. The dough is long fermented and Italian products are used. Indoor seating is limited, a terrace opens in the warm season, and food can be taken away or delivered. A family run spot for a quick, relaxed meal.
