VIVALAVITA

VIVALAVITA is a restaurant in the centre of Klaipėda, on the twentieth floor of the K centre in the Amberton Hotel Klaipėda building, some seventy metres above the ground. Panoramic windows look out over the city, the port, the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The kitchen combines classic and exotic dishes with a strong focus on seafood and steaks, and French and European influences run through the menu. Cooking can be watched in the open kitchen, and a wide cocktail selection is served at the table. Live music plays on Friday evenings. The space suits dinner for two, a family celebration or a business meeting, and a hall on the same floor hosts private events, conferences and weddings.
