Turn me around

Every day, two teachers devote all their energy to their autistic students, believing that they will “catch up” — to learn to read, count, tell time, take care of themselves, and move up to fifth grade alongside neurotypical children. But along the way, a question arises: Is catching up really the goal? The teachers’ love, expectations, and doubts clash with a simple but important truth—these children have the right to be different. Director: Andrė Jarutytė-Balžekienė
