The Cycle of Evil

In a quiet seaside town, police discover the bodies of three people. Two of them are brutally mutilated, as if they’d been attacked by a wild animal, but it’s the third—a man who went missing 36 years ago—who raises the most questions. The strangest thing is that his body reveals he died just a few weeks ago. It soon becomes clear that the deceased is the father of Meg Garland, an experienced forensic anthropologist, who left the family when she was still a child. As she becomes involved in the investigation, Meg begins to unravel the mysterious circumstances of his past, but every answer raises even more questions. Meanwhile, new victims are found in the town, and what at first glance appears to be a straightforward crime begins to turn into a much darker mystery. Director Jordan Downey’s crime horror thriller *The Circle of Evil* promises a chilling story, compelling, practical effects, and a gloomy atmosphere. In theaters starting October 16. Starring: Deborah Ann Woll (“Escape Room”), Jeffrey Donovan (“Sicario”), Will Hochman, and others. The film is in English with Lithuanian subtitles. Distributor: Adastra Cinema, UAB
