A two-act musical comedy based on B. Tom’s play “Charlie’s Aunt” (in Russian)
This is a lighthearted, playful, and truly theatrical story about how one absurd transformation can turn life upside down.
At the heart of the plot is a poor but resourceful hero who, for the sake of love and to save his friends, embarks on the craziest adventure imaginable: pretending to be a wealthy aunt from faraway Brazil.
Confusion, costume changes, misunderstandings, and brilliant humor follow one after another, turning the performance into a kaleidoscope of comical situations.
Music, dance, and live vocal performances enhance the festive atmosphere and carefree laughter, while witty dialogue and vivid characters keep the audience on the edge of their seats from start to finish.
This is a play about love and the courage to be yourself—even beneath the most unexpected masquerade costume.
