Malgožata (Magdalena Cielecka) controls every aspect of her life. She has her feet firmly on the ground, is determined, highly organized, and has devoted everything to her career. Her younger sister, Liucija (Marta Nieradkiewicz), is her complete opposite: spontaneous, sometimes lost. Although the sisters’ paths have often diverged, today they converge on the most important journey of all. Malgožata is suffering from an incurable illness, and Liucija must drive her sister to a prestigious clinic in Switzerland. Each of them views the purpose of this journey differently. For Malgożata, this must be her final journey—she wants to leave on her own terms. However, Liucija believes she can convince her sister to change her mind and choose to fight for her life.
