Fourteen-year-old David (Filip Wiłkomirski) takes care of his younger brother (Tytus Szymczuk) and tries to live up to his mother’s (Agnieszka Grochowska) expectations. She longs to break free from her toxic past and start a new life—without her husband, who is in prison. Although the boy has both talent and strength, in his daily life—which revolves around school, home, and the streets—he finds it increasingly difficult to maintain self-control. Things get even more complicated when Konrad (Julian Świeżewski) enters their lives—the only adult David truly trusts. But this is only the beginning of a series of turbulent events that could either destroy this family once and for all or save it.
