Basia (Ilona Ostrowska) and Grzegorz (Piotr Adamczyk) are a couple who have been married for 25 years and are struggling with routine and fading passion. Their intimate life has become predictable, and conversations about desires and fantasies have long since taken a back seat. Basia decides to take action: she takes her husband to a luxurious spa hotel and, armed with the self-help book *Sex for Beginners*, tries to reignite their passion. Things get complicated when the couple meets a young and carefree pair—Max (Mikołaj Matczak) and Domi (Helena Englert). This encounter gives the stay an unexpected rhythm, full of tension and temptation.
